Install tub drain and trap, plus install new customer supplied tub. Parts used: 1 2" fernco from 1 1/2 galvanized to 2"PVC SHC 40 reduced to 1 1/2. 1 1/2 trap to tub drain. Install new customer supplied tub.

Jack hammered concrete out to make connection. Diagnostic on low water pressure in bathroom shower valves. Need two shower valves, single handle. Install two shower valves. Cut down one shrub to locate leak under 3/4 main line under approx. 3' depth. 2 tech for 7 hours.

3 out of 3 urinals are draining very slowly. Center urinal is almost totally stopped. Cabled through urinal and removed some urine scale and second paper clip. Now flushing better but still slow. Cabled other two urinals to attempt to increase flow.

Some increase in flow is apparent. Jack hammered floor in laundry room. Removed trap on floor drain and section of pipe. Replaced with new PVC pipe and floor drain with trap back filled and layed new concrete. Jetted out line with tech's jetter.

Leak detection through access panel behind shower. Used concrete chipping hammer to expose pipe in wall and break slab in approx. 2'X3' area through tile to access pipe. Remove approx. 48" of existing galvanized pipe and replace with CPVC. Remove and dispose of debris and recommenced the floor. install new van plywood access panel door.

Main line blockage. Video upstream from cleanout and cleared blockage @ bend approx. 35' up. Cable main through cleanout. Televised main line. Cabled main line. Cleared stoppage. Removed water closet and reset.

Installed bathroom faucet. Repaired MB faucet. Replaced hose bib with ball type valve. Building 7 unit 104 and 204: tub drain is clogged and leaking. Proposal to cut cast iron connection for tub and toilet drain. Pull toilet flange and cast iron pipe. Install PVC flange and p-trap for tub. Attempted to cable sewer.

Line is collapsed and needs locating for repairs. Cleared toilet stoppage. Replaced rubbers in shower valves. Also replace seats. Water is coming from under pavers by pool. 1 1/2 pool pump line blew joint at pool. Exposed, jackhammer, dewatering ground.

Pool will need new pipe. Cabled toilet thru flange and cleared blockage. Ran camera upstream, line clear. Install customer supplied faucet. Removed of faucet and placed new stand behind lines. High water cooler by money gram clogged. Removed P-trap and cleaned out tail piece

Cleared blockage in water closet. Cabled through toilet. Ran 10' of CPVC line in bathroom, tied into existing CPVC plumbing from kitchen. Installed customer supplied dishwasher. Water fountain fell off wall. Replaced broken water fountain with new Elkay EEX8L and disposed of old one. Replaced Lav. faucet in bathroom.

Video inspection. Camera inspected main sewer and found roots. Provided copy of VHS. Grease trap overflowing. Pulled trap cover, found stoppage in outlet side of trap. Auger with 5/8" cable 20' while running water. Also auger slow employee hand sink. Tested ok.

Sink leaking, Womens toilet running, and mens toilet loose. WO#6085211: Installed a new basket strainer and tailpiece. WO#608221: Toilet was not rocking at base. Toilet seat was loose and missing bolts. Installed a new toilet seat. WO#6085219: Toilet worked fine. Flushed five times to confirm. If toilet malfunctions again, recommend a new tank.

Tub stoppage. Cabled thru waste overflow on tub. Cleared blockage and pulled back piece of cloth and hair. Cabled from toilet, will need new sewer replacement. Install clean out, jetting inside under home to clear out root under home.

Repipe house, all fixtures. 3/4 water main 1/2 to 90 stop. All new 90 stop. Service to all fixtures will be ran outside trap to house with frame rap strap to house with two outside hose supplies. With new hose supplies from 90 stop to fixtures. Cabled through roof vent and bathroom floor drain. Unable to open line, heavy sand on cable. Also pressure and hydro jetted upstream to bathrooms and out to main.

Multiple repairs: 1. KS routed outside and disconnect from existing drain line. Hydro scrub main line KS and reconnect KS to existing plumbing. 2. Washing routed outside ND disconnect from existing drain. Hydroscrub existing line and reconnect to existing plumbing. 3. shower in hall bath is leaking. Suspected that the shower pan is leaking. Demo wall up to remove base and pan. Install 5'x30" fiberglass base.

Chipped out small section of existing wall to fix 3/4" water line. Made repairs with shark bite 90 to CPVC also installed new ball valve to eliminate gate valve. Filled hole with expanding foam. 2 techs, 1 helper. Locate expose calling sunshine service. Time in 9:00Am-12:00PM . Rounding up equipment. 1 tech for 1 hour. Locate and exposed. Pipe connection and backfilling. Cut out verizon line in main sewer. Line was causing blocked do to sand and earth falling in sewer.

Slab leak. Tried to bypass leak, and found 2 more below the slab, cannot repair. Cabled thru toilet with rigid snake machine. Cable charge. Cable toilet, pulled and reset. Exposed 3/4" pipe. Installed new ball valve above ground PVC to copper. Installed customer finished valve for toilet.

Extracted broken shower neck out of wingell. Installed a new shower neck. Tile was cut larger than needed. Customer unsatisfied with crack. Installed customer furnished toilet. Ran 125' of 7/8 cable through 3" c/o in center of yard. Pulled roots and unsuccessful. Put in customer supplied faucet. Augured toilet and cleared.

Multiple repairs: 1. Visual inspection of PiP sewer. Clean outs flowing fine, toilets flushing. Women's bathroom needs.rim jets cleared. Cleared jets in bowl. 2. Replace flapper h/c stall downstairs men's bath. 3. K/S stoppage upstairs, cable drain. 4. Hydro scrub 3" stock to clear k/s upstairs. 5. Replace 5 sprinkler heads and test all zones (4) investigate why meter turned off, turn all, all fine meter controls irrigation and hose bib by packing area.

Company hydro scrubbed K/S drain line from K/S stack to main. Diagnostic fee. Cleaned out strainer. Install new sewer from home to existing pipe. Pull permit for inspection ( no permit required). Tractor rental.

Main tain proper fall from home to trap to ensure proper drainage. install clean out every 50' for future access to line. Use locator to find city tap. Hydro excavation required around oak not to harm root structure. Also possible to do preventive maintenance with high pressure drain restoration.

Leak detection was not possible due to the moisture coming from ground water all over home. Recommend contracting realtor to determine what needs to occur because home owner has only living in home for a month.

2 sinks have poor water flow, one sink faucet is clogged in spout. Removed handles and replaced gasket in handle stem on hand wash sink in prep areas in back of store. Reset handles and test. Removed airator in faucet indel area to blow out line. Dissambled airator and cleaned out debris, reassembled and reset airator and test. Main line backup.

cabled through cleanout in front yard. Pulled back several wipes. Revealed a large stack in cleanout since the cap was off/broken causing backup.

Video inspection revealed no significant problems. Company recommends shower doors to e installed.

Trouble shot for leak downstairs. Problem is not coming from plumbing. Overflow gasket assemble hanging out. Removed to check and replaced gasket. Also shower would not drain. Ran cable machine through shower drain line and reinstalled drain.

Repaired fiberglass tank and lid. Replaced p-trap under sink. Cabled k-waste, could not clear obstruction. Used blow bag to open, cause of problem was pasta noodles. Service call charge. Pulled dishwasher to check for leaks.

Found leak at supply to dishwasher, tightened up nut. Cable main line and cleared it for now. Found small root in sewer, lots of grease and 8' to 10' belly. Must repair before major problem occur. Leak in foundation outside building. Chip hammer to expose leak in foundation in building supply line.

Replace ball valve to properly connect. Ball valve was to short in applying pressure on foundation. shut down water complete Removed and replaced Moen shower valve cartridge. State select hot water heater.

New replacement 50 gal, serial # GOA06023813. Rebuilt toilet fill valve and flapper. Fill valve and flapper. Rebuilt kit installed. Main line sewer back-up. Cabled through vent stack and cleared blockage. Camera inspection revealed root in pipe approx. 1"-11/2" in diameter, 65' from vent top. (center of front yard)

Problems with toilet. Pulled tank and replaced tank to bowl gasket. Remounted tank. No leaks. Floor drains backed up. Cabled through floor drain. Opened blockage and pulled back very greasy cable. Main line stopped, cleared from cleanout. Cleared from clean out outside. Pulled and reset two toilets.

Will need main line to be jetted from new cleanout to back cleanout. Install new single handle shower valve. Old had been removed Toilet running. Rebuilt inside tank with fill valve and flapper with chain. Kitchen sink back up. Removed p-trap and found it plugged with pasta.

Extension and waste has no signal of debris. Pulled waste overflow from tub. cabled and was unable to clear blockage. Pulled trap and found large amounts of grease.Cabled through sink wasteline and was unable to clear. Informed the customer that the line needs to be jetted in order to clear blockage.

Cabled through toilet out 10'-15' and removed no debris. Mainline is open. Toilet needs to be replaced. Drain and remove old non-working 40gal electric 240V hot water heater and replaced with new 50gal 240V electric GE 6 year heater with new 3/4" emergency shut off ball valve Made repair to 3/4" pipe with shark bite compression fitting.

1/2hr labor and materials Water backup on floor in restrooms. Pulled toilet, cable line and ran camera. Line has 4 way T, camera going up into other bathroom toilet has no clean out access. Line needs locating at T fitting and estimate given for repair.

Kitchen sink stoppage. Removed p-trap assembly and removed large amounts of pasta. Replaced assembly. Broken PVC 3/4" waterline. Repair to exposed 3/4" waterline in yard. Installed 1 shower valve exposer and installation. Cable main line through kitchen.

Pulled bare roots. Camera through closet flange and locate multiple root intrusion on 4'' clay pipe. Replace hot side stem, seat and handle for T and S faucet for 3 compartment sin on rt side of sink. Replace washer for cold side T and S hand wash station.

Mainline stoppage. Cabled mainline stoppage through outside clean out with General Speedrooter 91 7/8" cable machine to clear stoppage. Video inspection found hole busted through both sides of sewer drainage line approx. 25' from clean out caused by coaxial or fiber optic cable ran through by an underground utility.

High pressure drain cleaning restoration. Hydro jet main sewer via cleanout in back of yard. Jet approx. 200-230 feet.

Camera line and found clay pipe with multiple joint with root intrusion. 100 feet. Under floor line backup. Cabled thru toilet flange. Ran camera found grease build up. Customer pull and reset toilet. Removed bad backflow preventer. Installed screw on hose vacuum breaker capped off line.

Cabled sanitary with 1/2" cable to city main. Ran camera and found heavy roots and sand. Sewer is Orangeburg. Cable main sewer line. Clear line @ approx. 60 feet. Cable lines and locate problems.

Found roots in clay pipe. Mark transition from cast iron to clay pipe with stake. Second stake is root intrusion with clay pipe in back alley. High pressure drain cleaning restoration. Jet main line. Found 1996 water heater leaking @ element. Replaced with 40 gallons Med. Tested O.K.

Install hot and cold water lines about 48" of CPVC pipe to single handle shower/tub valve. Finish components not installed to shower bathroom being stripped to studs and tub not installed. Connected to copper shower supply line and installed new CPVC tub spout supply line.

Main line blockage. Pulled toilet. Cable through main line and cleared blockage, Video inspection revealed no flaws in PVC sewer main line and cleared blockage. Video inspection revealed no flaws in PVC sewer main. Cabled through kitchen waste arm and down vent stack. Removed some hair and a healthy amount of grease.

Cable from kitchen cleanout. Cut 1 1/2 drain line to kitchen sink. Remove meat and debris in section. Clear blockage. Will need to jett the full sewer line to clear the drain 100%. Propress charge. 3 propress couplers, 2 propress 90, and 1T/S female adapter, 1 hose supply and 2' copper pipe.

Mainline stoppage. Cabled through 1" drain and unable to clear blockage. Existing cleanout full of scale and unable to use. Installed exterior cleanout to allow access for jetting mainline and hydro jetted to city main. Video inspection.

Technician broke water line. Repaired broken water Srv. under slab. Install 400 sq feet drainfield. gravity symptom Pump out and permit included. Replaced zone wall hydrant on front of building with new zone, front zone wall mount hydrant. (Do not strip handle with pliers)

Used rigid snake gun to clear blockage in toilet. Flushed with paper, working fine. Also cabled floor drain in kitchen area. Cleared isolated toilet stoppage with auger and plunger through bowl. Cleared clogged sink with hand spartin. Full of grease. Recommend jetting if problem occurs again. Leak in wall on 3/4 copper.

Pin holel leak on 3/4" air chamber on hot side of lav line. Cut out air chamber. Soldered on shirt piece of 3/4" copper with cap. Brought water back on. No leaks. Replace fill valve in toilet and new flapper with new supply line. Repair 3/4 X 3/4 X 1/2 CPVC tee under house.

Water meter will not shut off. Replaced hose bib temp, with shark bite. Recommend install house shut off so HB can be installed properly. Also recommend call electrician about ground wire that was removed Eliminate house filter and water softener and install new ball valve for main water shut-off for house.

Complete rebuild of Gerber shower valve in hall bath. Cable mainline grease after tank via cleanout. Cabled thru shower drain. Pulled back hair. Cut off section of wall and cap off 1/2 water line. Cut out affected area of poly. Joined together with 1/2 brass comp 90. No leaks. Operates fine. cable charge from toilet and roof. Replace copper water sev to home.

Ran rigid cable through toilet using 1 1/2" pipe and 45. Cleared obstruction. Toilet running, manager states that toilet has to be repaired every 3 months. Manager assured me that this was called in for repair. Women's bathroom 3rd toilet from left - Replace stop, flush valve, and tail piece. (zurn) Also replace connection spud on toilet. Air pressure leak detection. Womens bathroom toilet stopped. Hand auger toilet in womens bathroom, cleared stoppage. Repalced fill valve with new valve. Toilet didn't seem to get enough water. Pump R.V. Storage tank
